Why Blog Now?

I have resisted the lure of blogging for some time. Why does an unagented, editor-less writer finally decide to start the blog show?

1. I finally decided my more experienced and wiser writer friends are actually right when they say, “Blogging is good and you can do it, Rae Ann.”.

2. I realized I actually blog all the time in e-mail form.

3. After receiving TWO rejection letters in one day for my two favorite projects, I decided that with a blog, at least someone would read something I wrote. And hopefully like it.

4. It’s free.

5. It’s cool.

6. I like things that are free and cool.

So here goes nothing! Check back weekly for ramblings on writing, reading, and living.
